On Friday, May 1, 58 eighth-grade students and 21 chaperones traveled to Detroit for a field trip to the zoo and a Tigers baseball game. Students had a blast throughout the day, making lasting school memories with classmates and friends. This week, the Make a Difference Club and Student Leadership Team brought CHAMPS Week to BJSHS. One focus of the week was on getting students home safely from prom. Students signed a pledge poster, PROMising to do their part to make safe choices.
