Today is Substitute Teacher Appreciation Day!

Today, we celebrate the amazing substitute teachers who step in, step up, and make a difference every single day. Their flexibility, patience, and dedication help keep learning going strong for our students!

A very special shout-out to our district subs: Brent Bloom, Mary Ann Grate, Melissa Herman, Dawn Huff, Lisa Kubel, and Tony Myers. These individuals dedicate their time exclusively to supporting the students of Bronson Community Schools. We’re so grateful for all you do!

Bronson Middle School took 13 students as part of its delegation to Youth in Government. Over the past three days, the students practiced and participated in key legislative activities including opening, discussing, and passing bills.

One bill, written by Ella Hurd, passed both chambers and was signed by the Youth Governor. Cora Mayer was recognized as the Best Committee Chair for the Red section, and Monica Arver was named Best Senator in Red.

Overall, all of our students performed exceptionally well in their legislative roles, and our YIG advisors are excited to see what the future holds for each of them. #GDTBABV

Thank you to Andy Olsen, Forensics Lab Supervisor for the Battle Creek State Police, for speaking with our physics students about the physics involved in car-crash reconstruction. Students will use what they learned to design model cars that protect an egg during a crash. #GDTBABV

On Saturday, two Junior High Teams, two JV teams, and the Bronson Varsity Team spent their morning at the Big 8 Quiz Bowl Tournament in Reading.
This is the first time Bronson has had competing JV teams at the annual tournament, and Team A brought home a third place trophy!
Our varsity team finished in fourth place— only 1.67 points behind third.

Join us in wishing our quiz bowl teams luck as they head to Reading tomorrow for the Big 8 competition. We have teams participating at every level this year. Go Vikes! #GDTBABV

Students - A Fan Bus is available to take you to cheer on our Viking Football team this Friday!

To reserve your spot, you must:

- Have proof you purchased your ticket on GOFAN

- Turn in a signed permission by 11/6 at 3:00 PM w/ $5.00 (you will get that $5 back when you get on the bus) - Permission slips are in the office!

We must have at least 20 students signed up for the bus to run. There are 35 spots available!

***Discipline and attendance, per the student handbook, will be checked and enforced***
