Bronson Community Schools will have a HALF DAY on Thursday, 9/3/26 due to the temperatures and humidity forecasted for tomorrow afternoon and the current conditions of our unairconditioned elementary classrooms likely worsening throughout the day.
The Jr/Sr High School will dismiss at 11:20. Ryan will dismiss at 11:30 and Anderson will dismiss at 11:35. Lunch will be served in all buildings.
If your student attends the career center in the afternoon, they are welcome to attend, but transportation will not be provided by the district. PM BACC students are expected to attend their Bronson classes (Hours 1-4).
Athletic practice and game schedules will be discussed and any changes to those will be communicated as they become available. We will be adhering to MHSAA guidelines.
The Sylvester Broome Empowerment Village (SBEV) is an organization that partners with communities served by Insight Hospital and focuses on supporting youth within those communities.
We're excited to announce that SBEV is starting an after school program for students in grades K-8 in Bronson at Chicago Street School (in the former space used by the Bronson Youth Center)!

Less paperwork - more online!
Bronson families, did you notice we didn't have a stack of paperwork waiting for you to compelte at Open House this year? That's because we've revamped our enrollment process! Annual updates for returning students can now be completed online through Skyward.
No more need to complete tons of paperwork every year. Just log in, update your information, and you're all set!
Visit https://www.bronsonschools.org/page/enrollment and follow the "Returning Student Enrollment" directions to complete your annual updates today! NOTE - you must login to Skyward through a browser, not the app, to complete enrollment updates.
If information/documentation is not completed online, hard copy forms will be sent home for you to complete, as they are required to be completed annually.

A BIG thank you to everyone for your patience during dismissal today! The first day is always an adjustment, and the changes to our process because of the road closures made things take longer than usual.
Tomorrow, we’ll work to get the Anderson parent line moving more quickly and we will pause that line when our buses are coming through.
We appreciate everyone's continued patience and flexibility!

We were able to get out to the athletic complex early this morning before professional development started to check out Excell Paving's work from yesterday! The base course of asphalt has been laid for our new track!
